Get to Know Me:

Hey there! I’m a passionate advocate for people on their unique journey to wellness. Since graduating with my M.S.W. from Carleton University in 2018, I’ve been working in case management, counselling, and psychotherapy roles - and I genuinely love what I do! I find great meaning in helping people navigate tough relationships, in supporting those managing emotional ups and downs, or simply in being a supportive witness and guide as someone builds the life they want to live.

I come from an educational background in Gender Studies and Feminist Research (B.A. and M.A. from Western University) and I’m deeply passionate about social justice and equity. I believe in the importance of cultural humility and being mindful of my own social power and privilege as a White cis-gender woman. It’s crucial to me that we connect our personal experiences to the bigger picture of social systems. As someone who’s neurodivergent, I also really understand how it feels to navigate a world that doesn’t always embrace different ways of being.

I’ve had the chance to work in a variety of settings —from hospitals and universities to community health centers, municipalities, and non-profits —and in 2022, I took the leap to start my own private practice, which has been such a fulfilling experience.
Outside of work, I’m a huge animal lover who can be found doing cozy mindful activities — knitting, painting, cross-stich, or working on a puzzle! I’m always diving into a good book, podcast, reality-tv show or documentary, and I’d love to hear any recommendations you have!

I can’t wait to get to know you and support you as you stand strong in your own sacred space. Let’s take this journey together!
