Counselling & Psychotherapy
I am a Registered Social Worker through the Ontario College of Social Work offering online psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults 13 years and older. I am experienced in working with youth and young adults struggling with emotional dysregulation, self-harm and suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, self-criticism, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. I am also experienced a supporting family members of those experiencing significant mental health difficulties. My therapeutic approach includes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Polyvagal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and is informed by a feminist, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQA+ affirming theories.

I offer individual social work and psychotherapy services to folks living in Ontario, Canada. I strive to create a space for clients that is welcoming and non-judgemental. My work is grounded in compassion and respect for the individual. Throughout the process you can expect that your confidentiality and autonomy will be treated with respect.
Initial Consult
Before choosing a therapist, it's important to determine if the relationship is a good fit! I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to all potential clients to provide the opportunity for you to ask any questions, discuss policies, and to schedule an appointment time.
Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual counselling for adolescents and adults 13 years and older. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and take place virtually from the comfort of your own home using a secure online platform.
Customized workshops on mental health for groups and organizations. Topics might include: Mindful Self-Compassion, Skills for Wellness, Caring Adults (skills for supporting family members with mental health challenges), amongst other topics!
